POSITION :Patient Care Executive
Location :Greater Noida

TIMING 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Job Description
Broad Responsibilities :

  • Front Office Administration: New Patient Registration & Existing Patients 
  • Entry. 
  • To attend Telephone calls (Incoming & outgoing)
  • Maintaining Daily reports related to OPD.
  • Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers / clients
  • General co-ordination & correspondence

Detailed Key Responsibilities:

1.      Front Office Administration:
To welcome all the visitors with smile and proper greetings, with warm welcome and guide them properly as per their requirements.
Registering New Patient records on software, comprising of patient demographic details, identity documents, etc.
Explaining hospital policies and procedures to the patients and obtaining intial consent of the patient.
Indenting ingress of Existing/old patient on software.

2.      Telephone Operations: 
  • Responsible for EPABX operations. Ensure the immediate response while handling incoming and outgoing calls. 
  • To maintain all call records through EPABX software. 
  • To maintain the records of all Telephone Nos. as well as Ext. Nos. given to various clinical departments.
  • Feedback calling.

3.      Daily Reports:
  • Maintaining Daily reports related to OPD
  • Categorizing patients reported from different factions like Camps, ECHS, and Satellite Centers
  • To keep track no. of patients using transportation

4.      General Operations
  • Guiding the patient to the customer care executive for personalized care & assistance if required
  • Informing the patient about the time of report delivery & Location to collect the report
  • Handing over the feedback to Assistant Manager I.T.S Hospital.
  • Co-ordinating Reporting to the Sr.Executive & Asst Manager in case of specific insurance query/billing related issues/medical records retrieval demands
  • Providing the information regarding the tariff structure along with the General instructions to the patient
  • Treatment update to be sent by Mail/SMS reminder after 06 months.
